我們的洋車前子粉分為兩種規格：「洋車前子粉－40目」與「洋車前子殼」。
・洋車前子粉－40目：一般細粉。「沖泡」、「料理勾芡」與「烘焙」皆可使用。
・洋車前子殼：「沖泡」與「烘焙」皆可使用。細麩皮的型態，沖泡特別適合，如用於烘焙可以呈現出麩皮感。

溫馨小提醒：
