🥣 簡易燕麥仁食譜

■ 燕麥仁粥

將燕麥仁稍微清洗後
放入鍋中加水（水量約為燕麥仁的 4-5 倍）
以小火慢煮
期間適時攪拌防止黏鍋
煮至燕麥仁鬆軟、呈現米粥般的濃稠度即可。
可依個人口味
加入少許鹽、蜂蜜、牛奶或水果作為早餐。

■ 沙拉配料

先將燕麥仁用清水浸泡數小時（或隔夜）使其略為軟化
再以清水煮熟，瀝乾後待涼。
將其拌入生菜沙拉中，增添口感與營養
也可以加入橄欖油、檸檬汁以及喜愛的蔬果
作為高纖又飽足的輕食午餐。

■ 燕麥五穀飯

① 準備食材：

可將燕麥仁、糙米、黑米
小麥仁、薏仁或其他喜愛的五穀雜糧

② 浸泡：
